With consumers, businesses and the Trading Standards profession coming under pressure on a variety of fronts, CTSI is holding its 2022 Year Ahead Conference on 1-2 December to provoke ideas and conversations about how to address current and future challenges.
The free online event, a partnership between CTSI and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) will play host to key policy discussions, examining challenges to the regulatory services landscape and sharing insights into protecting consumers through sustainable services.
The sessions will pay particular consideration to the cost-of-living crisis, influence on policy strategies from government departments, and look at collaboration and partnership successes.
The event will reinforce the significant role regulatory services play in public protection, offering discussions on strategic planning and how to structure services for best delivery.
